The holiday home Wagner with swimming pond is located in Bad Königshofen im Grabfeld and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 115 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to six people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dryer. The holiday home features a private outdoor terrace and a barbecue.



Please note that this property can only be booked for holiday purposes and cannot be rented by seasonal or construction workers. A shared garden invites you to relax in the morning. A swimming pond, usable all year round, as well as a jacuzzi (available from April to September by prior arrangement and for an extra fee) are also available to guests.



Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also available. Two small dogs are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen.

Pros: Der Garten mit dem Schwimmteich und dem Whirlpool waren ein Traum. Aber auch im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Altes Häuschen mit Potenzial

Pros: Gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige ländliche Lage und dennoch zentral gelegen mit guten Verkehrsanbindungen in alle Richtungen. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Von der Terrasse und dem Teich waren wir wirklich begeistert und haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. In den Schlafzimmern sind neue Kissen und Zudecken und dort war es auch wirklich sauber. Cons: Leider war es in der Küche sehr schmutzig. Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig, aber wir haben erstmal den Kühlschrank und die Arbeitsflächen geschrubbt. Auch die Küchenschränke hätten eine Grundreinigung nötig, sowie die verkalkten Wasserhähne in Küche und Bad. Wenn das alles in Ordnung gewesen wäre, hätte man sich gleich viel wohler gefühlt. Ein kleiner Tipp noch an den Vermieter: dieses wunderschöne alte Häuschen hat wirklich Potenzial und einen gewissen Flair.
