We were driving and got lost in the one way system and had to ring the hotel twice. Our room was round a corner and up/down a dozen steps so quiet, but hard work after a day’s sightseeing! It also didn’t get cleaned until mid afternoon"Reviewed October 13, 2026Roundtrip • New York (NYC) - Toulouse (TLS)JFK - TLS • 1 stop TLS - EWR • 1 stop$1,453$1,385found 1 day agoper traveler - Le Grand Balcon

Auberge du Puits
Auberge du Puits"This is beautiful and quirky hotel in an old part of the town centre of Souillac. Owners appeared to be welcoming and charismatic. Lady owner communicates in English if struggling to speak in French. Rooms presented to be very nice and clean, while beds very comfortable. Bathroom appeared to be clean but would benefit from a little renovation. There is shower in the bathtub but no rail to attach it, which was a little bit inconvenient. There is cafe and dinning room downstairs, which seems to...

La maison O kiwis"Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Excellent breakfast served by the owner. Felt like we stayed at friend’s house."
"The room was clean and comfortable but small and the wifi didn’t work in our room though the staff tried but never fixed it"
"Arrived after check-in was closed but the staff were super friendly and it was no problem. Good location, free parking nearby and clean and tidy. Room was OK size and clean. Prices very reasonable. Recommended."
"I chose this hotel for its beautiful view of Rocamadour. The room was very basic, but had a bright sparkling clean bathroom with tub, so we were happy with that. The restaurant is excellent. Servers were well-meaning, but not well trained. Food was excellent, but we never got our drinks. The Holy Way goes right beside the hotel to Rocamadour, so you could leave your car in the parking lot and just walk over. Convenient to catching le Petit Train right out front, and there are nice souvenir shops...
"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Room was small but comfortable bed. We did visit during a heatwave so the lack of air conditioning was a shame but we knew there wasn’t any when we booked. We paid 12€ each for breakfast which was well worth the money. Woke to a small market right outside the hotel which was a lovely bonus. Overall value for money it was spot on. Staff were lovely and helpful"
"Good value for money and the room was reasonably big."
