Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold ...

Huay Kub Kab the Villa
The staff was beyond nice! When I was scammed and left in a jungle village by a grab-driver, they went to come pick me up, gave me food and respected my wishes when I told them I was mainly there to relax on my own and didn’t want to be disturbed all too much
