“Unfortunately, our reservation was double-booked. When we arrived, the cabin was already occupied by another guest. We were unable to reach anyone from either the property or Vrbo who could help at the time, so we had to spend part of our vacation finding another place to stay. Communication was difficult throughout the process. We booked through Expedia, and because the reservation was processed through Vrbo, we were unable to receive messages or check-in instructions. “Just one night with our 2 granddaughters. Clean inside and out. The room we reserved wasn’t available so we made due with the best option they had. A bit disappointed in that, but it turned out OK. It was perfect for our needs, which was mainly a pool!! The pool was great! Open till 11 and no one was there but us. Breakfast was a hit as well. Cool outdoor space as well.”

“The tiny house was perfect for a bicycle ride from Vernonia to Banks and back on the fully paved rails-to-trails. The host communicated early on that the tiny house is 18 miles from the Banks-Vernonia trail. We transported our bikes on the car rack to Vernonia Lake trailhead, a less busy trailhead than the Banks Trailhead. After the ride, we enjoyed an ice-cream cone at the trailhead and tasty gyros, hummus, Mediterranean salad and naan at the Blue House Cafe.The tiny house had the essential……

“We attended a wedding and attended a concert the following night. This was convenient for both activities. We took a Lyft to/from both events. Just perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable bed! ”
