“Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The...

“We loved this place! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“My family and another family stayed here during our daughter’s 12 day softball tournament. The house was interesting at first but we adapted quickly. The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway! ”

“The space was super modern and immaculate. Michael was a great host and replied quickly. Location was great for the sporting event I was attending at Dick’s Sporting Goods field. It was easy to find and easy to get in. 10/10 would recommend. ”
