Bathroom 1: Bath With Shower Over Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi included. Initial Fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ (gas). 2 small pets welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. . Whether for business or pleasure this is a great location to explore North East Lincolnshire from. With easy access to the A15, M180 and just 10 mins drive over the Humber Bridge and into East Yorkshire. Barton Upon Humber has many good shops, restaurants and pubs as well as tea rooms and a regular market to enjoy, all of which are within a short walk. For days out head to the coast and the sandy beaches at Cleethorpes or inland to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds, the market town of Brigg or even into the Cities of Lincoln and Hull all with an hours drive. After a day exploring you can relax in the sunny garden under the pergola and enjoy al fresco dining after cooking on the BBQ. Shops, pub, restaurants within 1 mile.
