“The property is close to Rockport. The room was very clean and peaceful. There is a half flight of stairs to access the room. The parking could be better since the access to the room is on the back of the property. The host/hostess were very kind and accommodating.”

“Cleaning issues were our main concern, and the guest house also had internet problems. Additionally, the pier access was very dangerous due to no steeps, hilly path. The poolside lights were broken and flickering. When we complained, someone called and promised to compensate us, but they never did."”
