Exceptional service, such kind staff and cleaners. You’re very well taken care of. Very clean, excellent and safe location a few min walk from the Mosques and bazaar as well as a main strip with restaurants, shops, salons, Shisha lounges etc. definitely try the Ortaklar restaurant across the road it’s amazing especially the hummus! Breakfast could have more variety, rooms are a little small but cosy, gym is basic, and can get noisy as it’s so central. Overall loved the stay though and the benefits far outweigh the criticism.

Staff at the main desk were very helpful, booked a lot of tours for me, helped me with navigating around the area. Cleaners also did a great job everyday. Hotel is placed in the perfect location with great views of Hagia Sohia and the blue mosque, also have great views of the sea from the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall my stay the the hotel for 5 nights was absolutely amazing.

Great location, walking distance to Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc, restaurants, Grand Bazaar, shopping. Upscale hotel, very well kept, staff went out of their way to ensure a very pleasant stay. Full buffet breakfast with great Bosporus/Marmara views from the top of the 6th floor.
