Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The entire hotel was well-maintained and made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time in Mexico and had such a positive experience here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. It was for our honeymoon and everyone was very helpful and attentive and even gave us some little perks for the celebration. The restaurants were all very good. My only complaint is that most of the restaurants arenā€™t open for lunch, so it limits the options for breakfast/lunch. Other than that, we had no complaints or issues at all whatsoever. Recommend this highly.

Book privilege it was the best experience. Staff was so nice Alan was the butler assigned to us he was so sweet. The food was good I cant really say I have any complaints there. The whole fried fish and the Mahi Mahi amazing. Its not a party resort though just good for relaxation and the drinks are amazing

We had no hot water for 2 days. The tub on the balcony had no hot water. Up stairs door wouldn't stay shut. The staff was great. Very nice people.
