Balcony. Large shared terrace on the 1st floor. Shared land and courtyard. Ski Arêches. Total surface area of the gîte: 74 m² including attic areas. Contemporary Chalet within a pleasant typical hamlet. Residential area, very quiet. Sunny Southwest Coteau. Beautiful natural setting of forest and meadows. Good comfort. Cosy Attic rooms. Large balcony. Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beaufortain massif.
