"I loved it. The beautiful Fatima was a great host, the kitchen did absolutely fantastic food, the place was beautiful and clean. I loved my stay, I loved the location and everything about this experience. If you go here, make sure to enjoy the restaurant. It's such an authentic and great experience from all the tourist traps Andalusia is usually full of. This was special, this I will remember as special. "This is a very basic hotel with limited facilities - no formal reception as such (we were given a code to retrieve our key from a key safe) - it all worked well. However, be aware that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down the loo + there is very very limited places in the immediate vicinity to eat/drink. Our room had a twin hotplate and great fridge but there are very few shops to source supplies (a trip to Guadix is probably the best solution). The hotel is a good location for...

The scenery if beatiful, you most croos over a dam and lake to get to this city. Its lovely drive up...the home is very clean, nice and welcoming. "If you're looking for authentic experience in Spanish village - that's your best choice. The building is historical, but extremely clean and well-maintained. The terrace is just magnificent - perfect to spending an evening with a bottle of vine. The area is just stunning. Dominique and Christa are amazing hosts - friendly, helpful and cheerful. They speak many languages, including English, which is rare in Spain. Their dog is a charmer as well. They made us a great breakfast, helped with luggage and gave numerous suggestions as to what to see in the area. I'm definitely stopping here if I ever come across that area."
