"I hate leaving bad reviews. So I'll start by saying, booked because the price was great when everything else was crazy so big thumbs up for that. It certainly was the ultimate in no thrills and budget. As basic as you can possibly imagine. Beds were hard and small as possible room . Tv was competely in feench, most would have at least one news channel in english but fair play it is france. No water pressure in the shower. Very few wall sockets, you get to choose if you want to charge a phone...

"Wonderful communication from booking to check in from the host, Laura. Instructions for accessing the apartment and parking were clear and easy to follow. It was great to have a place close to the city center as we were visiting the Christmas markets (about a 15 minute walk) that also had parking for our car and a washer to do some laundry since we’d been traveling for about 10 days. "My wife tells me : The Hotel is like stepping back in history. It’s made up of 10-11 small houses joined together. Every morning there were groups of tourists making a photo stop just outside the hotel. It’s exquisite and luxurious. Room - large, Memory foam pillows, bathrobes, umbrella, slippers, hand lotion, conditioner seemed standard. Attention to detail is unmatched. Breakfast - served from 0645 to 1100 on weekdays and upto 12 noon on weekends (unbelievable). Wide variety of breads, cereals, yogurts, fruits, croissants, hot/cold beverages and hot breakfast (to order) Staff - ALL staff members ( receptionists, breakfast ladies) were amazing, polite, attentive and spoke multiple languages. "

"I absolutely loved staying here and so did my children. It was a quiet town very friendly people. The staff was amazing. We met three different staff members one on arrival one during the stay and one on departure and they each treated us amazing. We also got early check-in and we got an extended checkout the restaurant Felix a part of the hotel was also amazing. The rooms were clean. The water was hot and nice. The environment was safe and it was commute friendly as well we definitely look forward to staying there again on another trip back to rust Germany and it is centrally located to get to the Rulantica park and the Europa Park. Great restaurants in the area. There are a lot of supermarkets and majority of the places are walking distance."
