If you are looking for peace and relaxation in the heart of Berlin after an eventful day, you are welcome in our newly equipped apartment. Our apartment was set up in summer 2014. It is located in a quiet residential area about 800 meters from the Köpenick S-Bahn station. This you can easily cover on foot on the Wuhlewanderweg back. However, a bus will take you there in 3 minutes. The apartment is located separately in a detached house.
It has three rooms and is about 65 square meters. The bedroom has a double bed, living room and terrace are equipped with a sofa bed. In terrace rooms can comfortably enjoy your meals 6 people. In fine weather, the course will take place on the terrace. A swing invites you to relax.
The well equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc. The apartment is very suitable for longer visits. We will then use the washing machine. In all rooms, the sun shines, depending on time of day. Children are welcome. For a cot, if necessary, two and a highchair available. The W-LAN access is free of charge.

Wonderful place to stay near Berlin
Comfortable for our family of four with two teenagers. Clean and quiet, enjoyed meal on the patio with the house cat, kitchen perfect for meal prep. Easy trip into Berlin for sightseeing. Close to grocery store, walking/biking trail. We definitely recommend this VRBO!

Die Wohnung war gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Reichlich Pfannen, Töpfe , Messer Besteck. Wohnzimmermöbel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das der Weg zur S Bahn 20 Min. Gedauert hat , war uns beim Buchen schon klar. Ruhige Gegend etwas ausserhalb. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.

Schöne ruhige Lage. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Es war alles da, was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Leute optimal, zu fünft oder sechst wird es etwas eng. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne Umgebung
Alles in allem war es sehr schön. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren nicht so schön. Zum Beispiel müsste die Matratze auf der Schlafcouch mal ausgetauscht werden . Aber ansonsten war es sehr ruhig und die Gegend war sehr schön . Wir hatten jeden Tag Besuch von einer super lieben und süßen Katze, die aber nicht in die Wohnung gegangen ist.

Wir waren 4 Tage dort , die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, und idyllisch. Die Wohnung selber ist in die jahre gekommen, auf Sauberkeit im Badezimmer und Küchenschränke sollte mehr Wert darauf gelegt werden.

A nice appartement in a quiet neighborhood. Facilities are a little outdated but everything is in place and functional. The small terras is great for outside breakfast or diner. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay with 5 grownups.

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden. Da wir an einen Feiertag angereist sind und keine Möglichkeit hatten etwas ein zukaufen, waren wir sehr erfreut das auch Kaffee vorhanden war. Ein Tipp nur, das Bad sollte mal renoviert werden. Wir waren 5 Tage hier in Berlin zu Gast. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und über kurze Wege möglich, wenn nötig. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber. Bei entsprechender Temperatur kann man schön auf der kleinen Terrasse essen. Fußläufig ist leider nur der Netto zum Einkaufen, wenn man kurze Wege braucht. Wenige Minuten mit dem Bus ist aber der Bahnhof und dort auch Aldi, Rossmann, Apotheke, etc.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder dort. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Gut für Spaziergänge und Radtouren. Wenn der S Bahnhof fertig ist, dann hat man eine schnelle Anbindung ins Berliner Zentrum. Schöner kleiner Stadtteil. Gerne wieder.
