"We were passing through. Such a convenient stop from the motorway, easy to find and the late checkin with the code worked well. Great travelling with two dogs. Very clean and secure car park."

"Good communication with the host. The house is very charming - although some door handles were loose and difficult to use at times. Be aware that if you are travelling with very young children or older people there is no hand rail on the spiral stairs with quite a large drop. The pool is lovely and a big, enclosed garden was great for the dog."

"Perfectly situated for a mid holiday stop over. Reception were excellent no fuss getting checked in. Rooms adequate if not modernised but perfect for a family and all you need. Location is near a massive retail park 3 m ins drive where you can get some food in the evening hours. Breakfast was also spot on. Recommend a stay if passing."

"The hotel was quiet and the room was very comfortable with air conditioning. The evening meal was excellent and very good value. It was nice to be able to eat outside under a pergola. Breakfast was also very good with everything necessary. The staff were friendly and helpful."
