The breakfast buffet is a scandal, the room is fine, overall not a 4 star. Lobby and restaurant dont feel properly cleaned in years.

Property itself is fine. We had a huge suite, but the kitchenette lacked basic cooking utensils and we even had to ask for a couple of bowls. So they need to make a trip to IKEA and stock up the rooms a little. Interesting location with it’s private bridge over the drainage canal to get into town.

Great location but needs maintenance

Great location and comfortable beds but carpets and furniture need replacement throughout. Bathtub shower has no glass or curtain and water ended up everywhere. Also in the apartment, a dish towel and soap would be helpful since they ask for the dishes to be clean and put away.

Staff were positive and friendly however we had a burnt out lightbulb which didn’t get replaced. Lights in the lounge at night are low wattage and the lounge is poorly lit making reading difficult. Having said that - would we stay there again? Yes. Very handy to the village.

Sur les photos c est un cadre magnifique mais la réalité est tout autre. Pour un 4* jamais je n'ai vu autant d insalubrité.Le ménage n est clairement pas fait dans les chambres mais aussi dans les parties communes. Les plinthes sont poussiéreuses. Peu déjeuner avec tes peu de choix et vous choisissez les pâtisseries a la main,vous pouvez le pain a la bonne franquette sans co dituin d hygiène. La piscine ' est pas non plus nettoyée - trace jaune dans les coin + feuilles flottantes toujours présentes de la veilles sans compter un liquide ocre qui flotte en surface .. le must on vous fait prendre le déjeuner alors que le plafond grouille de moucherons dont certains sont bloquées par des toiles d araignées. Bref localisation idéale pour aller a pied dans la ville historique. Parking avec oeu de places - arrivez tôt si on galère a prévoir Il serait grand temps de remettre un coup de neuf a cet établissement et a envie her des femmes de ménage compétente et du personnel d entretien. Tous les bac a fleurs sont vides ! Choisissez vraiment un autre hôtel. Je regrette mon séjour. En plus vous faites remonter sur la chambre est sale avec des mouches ou autres insectes au sol et on vous répond que vous êtes limité un menteur... En tout cas,pour ma part, je vais mettre en demeure l'hôtel puis saisir la répression des fraudes pour l insalubrité de l établissement

Belle expérience

Chambre au nom d’un des personnage de Molière, l’empreinte de l’homme de théâtre est imprégnée jusque dans le mobilier. Chambre spacieuse avec belles commodités donnant sur petite terrasse idéale pour bains de soleil. Espace kitchenette avec l’essentiel et grande pièce d’eau pour un confort de l’hygiène.

Hôtel et Personnel AU TOP!

Arrivée à l’hôtel en déplacement professionnel, tout le personnel était au petit soin, très gentil et souriant. Chambre au top!! Espace Piscine vraiment bien. J’y retournerais que ce soit en déplacement ou avec ma femme et mon fils.

J'avais imaginé un autre cadre et un autre niveau de prestations pour un 4 *. Seule la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel rehausse la note. La restauration est goûteuse mais là aussi les prix sont surévalués. Je me déplace au moins une fois par mois et cette expérience est loin d'être la plus remarquable. Dommage

Hotel bien situé, personnel sympathique. Joli bâtisse et chambre assez grande avec terrasse sympa. Bon établissement, mais pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Manque au minimum un gobelet dans la salle de bain, des chaussons. L'état général de la chambre est vieillissant.

Bien mais peut mieux faire !

A notre arrivée nous avons demandé s'il fallait réserver une table au restaurant et on nous a dit que ce n'était pas la peine et quand nous nous sommes présentés pour dîner nous avons été refoulés au motif que c'était complet et que nous n'avions pas réservé ! Le fait d'être client de l'hôtel et d'avoir fait ce qu'on nous avait dit (ne pas réserver) n'a rien changé a l'affaire. Nous attendions d'un 4 etoiles qu'il trouve une solution:rajouter une table ou nous dresser une table dans la salle du petit déjeuner attenante par exemple...même pas ! Par ailleurs l'aménagement de la salle de bain est étonnant pour un hôtel de ce niveau :le coin douche se trouvant directement dans le coin wc sans séparation d'avec la cuvette ? Au total une révision des procédures de communication entre accueil, restaurant et client est sûrement nécessaire ainsi qu'un réagencement de certains (ou tous?) ensemble douche/wc.
