“A peine arrivées et installées dans notre chambre, on nous demande de partir car la chambre était réservée par d autres personnes, je réussi a avoir la patronne de l hôtel au téléphone et là je n en revient pas , elle me dit quelle ne travaille plus avec expédia que ce sont des voleurs car ils font des promos sans avertir les hôteliers, et qu elle leur a envoyé un mail pour annuler ma réservation, ( réservation faite 10 jours avant). “The Riad in in the Medina but close enough to the main street so it was easy to find it. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast is very decent Staff was very nice and friendly. We did have an issue the first night I was told they had an issue with their system and that our room was double booked for our first night. We were place at a different riad across the hall/street. We were 5 people and I had intentionally booked with them because they had a room that could accomadate all 5 ”

“Stay away from this place is a big scam they show different pictures on the website than they take you somewhere else stuff are dishonest place dirty… don’t waste your time and your money the worst experience I ever had ”

“My family and I really loved our stay in Fès. It was our first time ever in Morocco, and Mehdi was incredibly helpful. He connected us with a tour guide for our first day, which let us see many things we would have missed otherwise. The Riad is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location — right across from the Andalusian Mosque and about a 10 minute walk from Seffarine Square, the tanneries, and many incredible markets. “Beautiful riad within steps of the old city. We had the junior suite with two single beds up in a loft - the kids loved sleeping up there. The pool is small but refreshing, again the kids appreciated the opportunity to cool down. The rooftop offers a great view of the city. Recommended.”
