"The Riad is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are very spacious with impressively high ceilings that make the whole place feel open and airy. The staff were extremely helpful—when I mentioned a smell in the room, they immediately brought a candle and essential oil for me. The rooftop restaurant also has a wonderful view and is a great place to relax.If there’s one thing for improvement, it would be allowing guests to enter the front door without having to buzz every time. "The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff. "

"This was the best Riads we stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were gave us great tips for around the city and we enjoyed our conversations together. Our room was beautiful and the terrace had an amazing view of Fez. Highly recommend Riad Jamaï especially if it is your first time in Morocco! "
