"The property is at a block of units inhabited by regular folk. Due to refurbishment of 3 apartments I was awoken at 7,8 or 9 am by drills, hammering and other construction noises for the first 2.5 weeks. I had jet lag and it was tough. The sounds of the baby below was delightful I just went back to sleep, her parents settled her quickly and not a worry. I don’t think the place was checked properly before I arrived, I couldn’t find towels and sheets easily but did eventually. The en-suite had a fused light fixture and the smaller bathroom looks like black mold at some tiles but both bathrooms had no windows . Avalon is a nice place so that sort of made up for it all. I like having on site laundry and the bed was comfortable. After I sorted out the internet I enjoyed you tube. Please check things before guests arrive. "
