"I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd like to particularly commend Ho and Thuy at the front desk, and Duy, the doorman, for their outstanding service. Their assistance was truly impressive.
I used to stay at Caravelle, but after this wonderful experience, my wife and I have decided to make your hotel our preferred choice whenever we visit Vietnam, which is typically four times a year.
Thank you again for a thrilling stay.

"We’ve stayed here twice now and absolutely love it. It’s the perfect base for our family of five - spacious, clean and super comfortable. The location makes it easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City, and it’s so nice to come back to a place that feels like home after a big day out. Would definitely stay again!"
"We loved our stay at The Reverie Saigon! The location is unbeatable—right by the pedestrian walking street (Nguyen Hue), with easy access to shopping, great restaurants, and tons of massage parlors nearby. Super convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot.
We stayed in the Romance Suite, which had a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing after a long day out.
Access to the Reverie Lounge was another highlight. Daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all beautifully presented and served in a peaceful, elegant setting.
Although we had a couple of minor service issues, management was very responsive and sincere in making things right, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Jason for going above and beyond!
Overall, The Reverie Saigon is luxurious, stylish, and well worth the stay. We’d definitely come back!"
"I always choose Caravelle every time I visit Saigon. The location is excellent. Staff is very kind and attentive. The room is clean and spacious. I will stay again next time. "
