Clean room, wonderfully comfortable bed and linen and friendly staff.

Location and amenities are great. The room however could use a good cleaning and maintenance.

It was very clean and pleasant. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

Great location and very convenient underground parking. I was given a complimentary upgrade, and the one bedroom suite was amazing. Comfortable bed, large TV, and even a fireplace in the living room. The suite also had a full kitchenette with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, cutlery, plates, and everything you’d need for a longer stay. There was even an in-suite washer and dryer. Overall, a fantastic stay and great value.

The overall experience was good. The room was clean and new. The parking fee seems excessive since there isnt really an option except to park under the hotel and you have to pay $18/night. Additionally, we went to the pool and it is across the street. It was super busy and it was very loud even during "quiet time." The change room area was extremely small and i was not going to walk across the road in the cold in my bathing suit. Different story if you were staying in the host hotel.
