Deferred maintenance and Lack of Accessibility
The home is located in a lovely suburban neighborhood. The Christmas tree was beautiful. However, several pillows were stained and one the seams were torn. The platform bed sticks out-- stubbed toe. The kitchen faucet sprayer needs to be replaced--it sprays out toward the floor and my husband's pants as well as down. One of the bathroom towel racks is loose.We had to purchase toilet paper. The home is not accessible for a wheelchair user.The listing is deceptive. There was no indication that it was a split level home with no access to the kitchen, bedrooms or bathrooms withouts going up and/or down stairs. Our teenage son requires the use of a wheelchair. It was difficult to carry him downstairs to sleep.The entry to the home is barrier free to the living room only. The kitchen would be accessible--if it didn't require accessing a flight of stairs, etc. We spent nearly 2K renting a home that could not be used by all family members. We could have rented other homes or a hotel had we known. As a family, the pictures made it appear like the home was accessible--there was no indication that we would need to ask. We have never encountered the lack of an accessible rental or hotel in all of our travels. It would behoove VRBO and the owners to be clear on the presence of architectural barriers. Disappointed. FYI: VRBO pricing may be misleading. After contacting them I learned the listing is based on the ave. price and an increase may occur during high demand times.

Great home for work crew
Your VRBO was perfect for our work crew. Plenty large enough for each person to have their own bedroom. Close to the work location, as well as amenities such as grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely seek your home when my crew returns for their next install. Thank you!

Overall, the place accommodated our family very nicely. Great little neighborhood we even found a small park for the kids. Location was pretty central to everything, we were mostly 10-15 minutes from everywhere we went during our time there with exception of grocery store, coffee shops, and a couple of restaurants. We were able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants from the house.

This was a great property for us. 4 bedrooms. 2 living spaces made it plenty roomy for 8 adults. Clean and updated. Owner was communicative and accommodating. The location is 5 minutes from all west side shops and dining. We would stay here again.

Long weekend stay for mini-family reunion. Shared house with adult kids and infants. Worked great!
The property is clean. Layout allowed people to use different areas. Raised deck was nice for outside visits. There was significant food and items in cupboards and garage which gives impression this is used by the Owner as well but it did not not detract from our ability to use it and there were convenient appliances and nice coffee, tea and snack tray set out for us. Easy to work with Owner as well. Lovely stay.

This home was perfect for my family visit with my 1 year old! Although there are stairs in this two level home, the owner provided baby gates for safety. Along with that, we had access to a high chair, baby tub, and rocker.

Great property as advertised. Minor issue-Kitchen implements could be updated. Pots and pans scratched (nonstick), only 5 coffee cups, no wine glasses, etc. Other than that-highly recommend this property.
