This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great.

It was a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Very traditional, look with many amenities and great restaurant. The views from the room of Lake Lugano were breathtaking. I would strongly suggest this hotel if you’re staying in Lugano.

Amazing hotel room and vibes - just for dinner restaurant we waited long time on our second night . The first night on the December 24th was amazing great staff and very caring but the 25th the team was very unattended.

It was an older hotel and very nice with the remodel. It was expensive but a good price for the area. Great location and close to the ski-lift and restaurants/shops. Be prepared to walk hills and steps and if you’re coming from the train station, get a taxi if you have luggage!
