"I can not say enough about how perfect this space was. The views were beautiful and the location was so close to everything we wanted to do. The animals were adorable and we loved doing a tour and getting to give them treats. It was just my boyfriend and I, but I see how this would also be great for families or pets! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"Over we had a great experience! Bathrooms were incredibly clean! You must be okay with dogs occasionally barking, one of the owners dogs even came into our yurt but he was super friendly! Super close to the sand dunes and zapata falls! The yurt was closer to the house and camper than I thought but definitely a safe area! We took a walk around the subdivision and it was super nice with pretty views! The host is very on top of things and communicates well! I would stay again!!!"

"Barb's home was so comfortable. She put so much thought into every detail with more useful items than I would have thought to ask for. There were also fresh flowers that really put the cherry on top. The location can't be beat to enjoy the night sky and drive to Great Sand Dunes National Park. We loved stopping by Great Sand Dunes Oasis on the way to the park, but knew we were already at the best "oasis.""

"we stayed on this property in July 2023. We had two couples and one individual. This property was cramped and not clean, and also very dark downstairs. The beds t downstairs were very uncomfortable. Bathroom downstairs very small. The cook wear was very old. I actually found mouse droppings in the crockpot that I was hoping to use. Mouse traps several places. Towels very old and raggedy. The upstairs was roomy, comfy bed, but had issues with the toilet flushing and no towels supplied up there....
