"Stay here when I visit the North Cascades National Park. About 1 hour from the visitor center. Very new and clean hotel. There is a small kitchen in the room. Breast first was included. The town has everything we need. A very good place to stay for less than $200 per night."

"This place is top tier. We loved hearing the river from everywhere in the house. The house is well stocked with everything you might need. Nice linens, comfortable bed. The propane fire pit was a great addition due to the burn ban. The generator and battery were easy to operate and instructions were clear. Literally the only thing that might be improved is replacing the tub with a walk in shower. If you have any mobility restrictions it would be challenging to get in the shower. Amazing stay! Thanks! "The property was perfect for our stay. We hiked Cascade Pass, and thus, the location worked well for our stay. Although we did not have any cell reception (ATT), we planned accordingly and it was not an issue for us. Such a peaceful and beautiful location. "We had a phenomenal stay! Cheryl really thought of everything to make our stay cozy! She even went above and beyond, providing homemade cookies and fun drinks. We cooked all our meals at the cabin and had everything we needed. The hot tub provided relief after several long hikes. We had fun picking out movies from her movie selection and enjoyed a game of Yahtzee from her game collection. Everything was clean and well- labeled. The stay could not have been better!!"

"This little cabin is spacious yet cozy, with an amazing view of a distant ridge. Access and amenities are just as described. The location is great if you're into hiking. We'll definitely return should we have opportunity!"

"Great lakeside location with plenty of room inside and outside. We used the paddle board and canoe on the lake and twice saw a bald eagle flying overhead. The back deck has a nice table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The dining room also has plenty of room indoors for meals around the large round table. The kitchen itself is on the small side, but workable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt the property had everything we were looking for."

"Nice hotel in a very small town. Cute building and cute room. Nicely decorated and looks renovated recently. Cool shower setup. Very clean and nice fluffy towels. Manager contacted me about picking up the keys and checked to make sure everything was all set. They even gave me a heads up about limited so I g options if you come into town late. There was a book in the room that answered any and every question you might have. There was a lot of attention to details and you can tell the management takes pride in their property. Went to the Cascades Burger stand and had an awesome burger and shake. Concrete is kind of a tip. Looks like a town out of a movie . Love big concrete tower as you come into town. The Hub is good for breakfast. I would emphatically recommend this hotel. It was spic and span clean and a n excellent value for you money."

"Your cabin by the river was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I can honestly say we had the best night sleep ever while listening to the river outside. We made sure to watch our power usage, but it was quite nice for me and my family to live a simple and peaceful life for a few days. The location to the park was great and we would definitely stay here again. "

"We frequent Lake Whatcom often, but needed a place to have family stop in and enjoy a day with us over a few day period to celebrate a couple of our kids accomplishments. The ample parking and huge yard on the water worked perfectly for us. The dock allowed us to keep our water toys on standby for whenever someone felt the need to enjoy the water. The yard size allowed us to have yard games, seating, and food service with plenty to spare. The fire pit area was great for after the sun went down. The kitchen was much bigger than we remembered seeing in the pictures, with nearly everything we needed for our stay. The entire place was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower are not the highlight of the house but are more than adequate for a cozy cabin on the lake. We and many of our friends and family will be trying to find an available weekend to enjoy this place again. Not many places like it. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is extremely clean and well-maintained, and has pretty much anything you'd need for a short stay. The air conditioning in the summer was a huge plus! Overall, it was perfect for our weekend getaway and very accessible to Mount Baker and nearby trails. Check-in was super easy and communication was good. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Mount Baker!"
