Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was clean and cool. Hotel is older and it shows but all in all it was fine. The morning breakfast was good and area was kept clean throughout the serving time which I appreciate.

Sheets and blankets were dirty and had hair on them, crumbs all over the floor and old food in the fridge. Also had to let staff know about person hiding in lobby area, we had seen her earlier that day asking for ride and money at the gas station

Best way to describe it was the feeling that no one was actually managing the property. Carpet in elevator was filthy. Hot tub was full of dirt.

Great Road Trip Stop-Over
Arrived late to a friendly staff member, got settled quickly. Room was comfortable with full cable tv. Breakfast far exceeded our expectations and helped us get back on he road quickly and avoid having to stop until lunch. Would definitely stay here again.

Gone downhill - No more.
This place was nice 3+ years ago. This place has gone downhill. It is dirty and basic things are missing. I wish I took photos. I have stayed here 15+ times since it was new and will not stay here again. The was hair AGIAN in the shower. Faucets leak and wallpaper is falling off. The carpet has red stains that looked like blood or red wine. There was bug parts and stains on the walls. As I stated above, I wish I had photos. I think the owners don't care. If they did it wouldn't be like this. On top of that the staff makes you feel like you are crap. I waited at check in with another guest for about 5 minutes until someone came out. And there was no sorry or anything. Just a look of annoyance as I made them do something. This is the perfect hotel for them to go automated. If you employees can't clean and don't want to work get robots. This place charges you for what they were not what they are. For the quality I can stay for 1/3 less around town. Or if I want nice, I will stay at other newer places.

Poor selection decision!
Overpriced by far,although area lacks good hotels, price is not a decent deal. Needs a very thorough carpet shampoo, management needs a wakeup call. Coffee apears to be instant and is not good!!.

Huge rooms, nice hot tub, decent breakfast. Highlight was the staff. Aalexx was smooth and efficient getting us checked in. We had to leave a day early and was quickly helped to cancel our third night. Morning front desk man printed out a receipt and even explained how I could get a refund from Orbitz. Even said to have Orbitz call him if any issues. Overall pleasant experience.

I could tell the building was older, but it has been renovated well. The room was well decorated, stylish and very clean. We couldn't get the bath tub faucet to turn off after our showers, but that was the only thing that didn't function right.

Shower water was cold. Told the front desk and was told will be repaired. But did not solve the issue during our staying . Dryer was out of order first and then detergent was sold out. Therefore I couldn’t do laundry as planned. Found our key cards were disabled when we returned around 8:30 pm and there was no person at the front desk. A note on window said “will return in 20min.” Staffs are friendly but facility is outdated.
