"Disgusting process of charging for Visa card charges especially when there is no T&C provided. It is unethical and illegal way of conducting business. Never again Why on earth do you need drivers license and the credit card details for the process of bond."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. "What a nice suprise when we walked in to a spacious villa. It was very clean and kitchen well arranged. Loved the big bathrooms and showers were very good. Disappointed at how hard the beds were it was like sleeping on the ground and carpets were so worn which doesnt fit in with the classy atmosphere of resort. Hope this feedback will be helpful to owners. Would stay at resort again but not in same villa."

"Beautifully renovated home very close to family friendly beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier beaches. House was very clean and had all the mod-cons including iPad with Netflix, Disney + and Foxtel Go. iPad wouldn’t connect to the tv for the last couple of days of our stay, not sure why. Enjoyed our stay. Felt like a home away from home."
