The beach residence, built in 2011, is only a few steps away from the beach in Börgerende. In front of the house is a biotope with a small pond. You have a view of the dike from the garden apartments and a view of the sea from the upper floor. All apartments in the beach residence have terraces or balconies and underfloor heating as well as floor-level showers. Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the house.

sunny and barrier-free 2-room apartment with its own garden and only 120 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. 4 people in this apartment includes 2 adults and 2 children, 1 living room with fireplace (excluding firewood), sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, flat screen TV and radio with CD player, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster , Microwave, 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, 1 shower room, 1 storage room, 1 terrace (north-west) with garden in the direction of the Baltic Sea with teak furniture, parquet floors, underfloor heating, parking space free of charge on the property, laundry set, travel cot and highchair can be booked for a fee. Non smoking apartment, no pets. In the off-season and off-season for the 3rd and 4th Person surcharge of € 10.00 / night (per person).
