I recently stayed at a hotel, it’s conveniently located. With easy access to shops, restaurants, medical services. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. However, I noticed that the hotel could benefit from new towels and some improvements to its installations. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but these small upgrades would enhance the overall quality of the hotel.

The hotel itself is not bad, it's just ok. Problem is value for your money. There are MUCH better hotels than this in Bogota and this surrounding area of Virrey and 93 park, with better amenities, service, and overall experience. Example: Restaurant closes at 9.30PM including room service. Towels: There was an issue in my stay that due to lack of clean towels at the hotel, I could only use one in the room. There is no actual good desk space to work, just a small mini table. Spend your money elsewhere and get better service and experience

We really enjoyed our stay here! Rooms were small and you could hear your neighbours come and go but we didn’t spend much time in them anyways. Staff was amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was incredible and there were so many options. Would for sure stay here again.

Room was very comfortable and staff was amazing! The only thing I would I wish I had had was the ability to adjust my room temperature. The temperature was good but I would have liked it a little cooler. But overall I would give it a 5 out of 5.

This hotel is not very good. Rooms are very small, with no ventilation or air conditioning. Rooms need to be painted and its just not very well kept. Breakfast options are limited for vegetarian, and no vegan options other than fruit. Hotel next door is a much better experience and for the price point, there are better options.

Location is good but the front desk staff it’s not pleasant or professional. They denied my Expedía Premium Status. They was trying to charge me for taxes even I don’t live there. We got a really small room with a ripped out towels and hot as hell.

Good cost / value. It is near the center of Zona T along which has a nice shopping center and many great restaurants. The room was tidy, generally clean except for some small issues with the silicone seals in and around the sink and shower. The room faced the street and buildings opposite but was not unpleasant. The elevator had a notice requiring the room key to go up, but just pressing the buttons allows one to go up (without the key). The continental style breakfast was fresh.
