“The cabin was just as described. It was super clean, well equipped, and very close to the river. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.”

“This place is peaceful and secluded the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept it comfortable you have everything you need to heat up food or keep it cold the view of the river is great and we enjoyed setting on the porch and watching the river and deers that walk right through the yard! The only things I may would change is the chairs on the porch. There is a fire pit also across the road but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it because of rain. ”

“Our weekend cabin stay was wonderful. The safe neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Its location near nature and the city was just perfect. The cozy cabin was clean and comfy. We loved Gambrill State Park and downtown Frederick didn't disappoint as well.”

“The rental description & photos accurately matched the home. Our group of 5 used all 4 bedrooms comfortable mattresses and furniture. We loved lazy mornings on the deck with beautiful mtn views. Afternoons were an easy 10 minute drive to enjoy the theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Several deer sighting (be cautious driving). ”

“Everything about the listing was amazing. The porch has breathtaking sunsets. Getting to the property was easy. Walk to the trails within a couple hundred feet of the cabin. Was not disappointed with anything inside the cabin. Super clean and big beds. ”

“The house was clean and the host answered message right away. There are a couple things people should know. Artifical scented plug ins were in the house. This was a problem until I found and unplugged them. I can't be around those types of scents as it causes migraine type headaches. The front yard is overgrown weeds. At first glance I was disappointed at the sight but it was just along the road. The house was nice. We didnt use the hot tub due to weather.”

“Overall, we had a great stay! There was plenty to do in the local area, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The game room was a lot of fun—the ping pong table was a big hit for us adults; however, the foosball table would probably be more enjoyable for kids, as it is on the smaller side. “This was the second time we stayed at this cabin and it was even better than before! It was clean, quiet, and has lots of nature views. Additionally the host was very responsive and provided tons of useful info about the area. Steam shower was the cherry on top!”

“This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip!”
