"The room was not provided. We were outside whole night shivering in cold. No checkin information was provided. Calls to hotel were not answered. Even hotels.com representative tried on my behalf, no answer by the hotel. I'm still not sure about the refund as we didn't get the room."

"The property was very nice, I enjoyed the interactive troll themed hiking trails and spring fed hot tubs in the evening. Cabins were clean and cozy, probably the comfiest mattress I slept on durning my trip. Each cabin had a small mini fridge and the shared bathrooms were only a 30 second walk away. Restaurant on site was good as well, friendly staff and delicious food. The waterfall is overlooks was stunning. All in all this was my favorite stay of my trip, I hope to return in the future. "
