Gute Lage des Objektes mit leichten Mängeln

Die Fahrt zum Objekt und die Schlüsselübergabe waren perfekt. Die Lage am Waldesrand super, da wir mit Hund reisten. Im Objekt war alles gut vorbereitet und sauber. Leider gab es im Bad Mängel mit der Dusche und der Halterung der Brause. Ein Defekt, der schon bekannt war und nicht behoben wurde und wird.

Tolle Lage und schöne Wohnung

Gemütliche Wohnung in schöner Lage mit ganz viel Natur rundherum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Allerdings müssten die Matratzen dringend getauscht werden, vor allem im Haupt-Schlafzimmer!! Leider verfügt die Wohnung nicht über WLAN...

Verbesserungsfähig

Die Lage am Waldrand ist schön, die Zimmer sauber. Die den einzelnen Wohnungen zugeteilten Parkplätze sind schmal bemessen. In der Küche kein Licht, was sich nicht während unseres Aufenthalts beheben ließ. Am Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war ein Teil des Rahmens gebrochen, so dass wir auf das 2. Schlafzimmer in der Dachschräge ausweichen mussten. Die Couch zeigt Gebrauchsspuren, könnte man aber bestimmt aufarbeiten.

muss nicht sein

Die Ausstattung der Whg. ist alt und nicht komplett, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden, TV funktioniert nur bei gutem Wetter und die Hausverwaltung (Godewind) fühlt sich nicht zuständig. Die Matratzen sind ziemlich eklig, im Bad ist Schimmel an der Dusche und die Teppiche fand mein Hund sehr interessant. Von aussen ist das Haus sehr schön, die Umgebung auch, Gastronomie ist aber sehr teuer.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Würden den Urlaub gerne wiederholen. Probleme hatten wir nur mit dem Müll. Mussten länger nach den Müllcontainern suchen.... vielleicht wäre ein genauer Hinweis sehr hilfreich.... beste Grüße Elke A.

An der Ausstattung mangelt es sehr

Gläser unvollstendig -Scherben im Schrank (Glas) Geschirr unvollständig . Gläser dreckig . Betten sehr schlecht und zu niedrig. Alle Matratzen waren fleckig. Bettwäsche /Handtücher trotz Bestellung Fehlanzeige. Ledergarnitur zerschlissen. Beistelltisch und Hocker wackeln (Leimen) . Schränke ohne Schlösser (Bindfäden zum öffnen) Zahnputzbecher fehlen ganz. Badezimmer Türgriff abgefallen,Griff selbst festgeschraubt. Fahrradschuppen so lala. Aufgrund der vielen Mängel sahen wir uns genötigt,den Urlaub 4 Tage früher abzubrechen. Bitte um Entschädigug für die 4Tage Urlaub !!!!! Ich hoffe von Ihnen zu hören. Fam. Haenelt

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage am Darßwald

Wiederholt waren wir in der individuell und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung mit Kamin unterm Reetdach. Das Bad ist schon ein wenig abgewohnt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen (schwergängig Duschtür, beschädigte Armaturen).

Die angegebene gebuchte Ausstattung war nicht vorhanden( z.B. WLAN, Waschmaschine). Es gab vom Reiseanbieter keinerlei Stellungnahme dazu.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für Zwei

Mein Mann und ich waren Anfang März für eine Woche in der sehr gemütlichen und mit allem ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten das ganze Haus für uns allein. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Darßwaldes direkt vor einem Eingang in den Naturpark. Im Internet gibt es ein Foto das vortäuscht, als könnte man den Bodden sehen. Das ist leider nicht der Fall. Wir fühlten uns dennoch sehr wohl dort. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Der Kamin zieht nicht richtig und dadurch riecht es in der Wohnung etwas nach Räucherkammer.

Gesamteindruck gut, im Detail verbesserungswürdig

Zuerst möchten wir festhalten, dass die Ferienwohnung an sich sehr schön und sauber war. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Allerdings hätten wir zwei Punkte die Verbesserungswürdig wären. Zum einen waren im Doppelbett die Matratzen sehr hart und dann fehlte uns das etwas kinderfreundlichere Interior. Für kleinere Kinder die es nicht gewohnt sind, ist die Unterbringung über die relativ steile Wendeltreppe ohne Absicherung (Tür oben) nicht ganz optimal. Trotz alledem haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung wohlgefühlt und würden sie auch wieder buchen.
