"My overall opinion was that his hotel was good value.The location was near nothing, but the hotel had lots of amenities...great pools and beach.The staff was exceptional. There were programs for kids and adults. There was loud music playing everyday at the pool which got annoying after a while. "We have contacted the property to upgrade the booking as we realised we booked room without A/C and towels provided by mistake. We got "an upgrade" to apartment. Big garden outside and a pool are there to mask the reality of how the property looks inside. Apartment was full of ants, dirty dished in the kitchen, missing toilet seat, broked door handle, paint falling of the walls. Poll was dirty and had a dead lizard in it for days. There was sprinklers overwatering the garden all day and one day turned towards our apartment that there wasn't a way to go around without getting wet. In general, really overpriced for the place that is unkept"
