Beautiful house close to the sea

Bourcefranc is the ideal spot to start many walks. Well located north of the Rochelle52 km south Royan and 40 km between the two islands, Aix, Madame D, the Palmyre zoo. All shops and bakery 600m 40m Bourcefranc A small beach and sailing school 1km from the rental and after 1 km of the sea water pool with lifeguard, Fort Louvois and his museum in the oyster, other beaches Burl baths or the ilme and many walks in the area. Sins on foot, bike in marshes or in the nature reserve or see swans, storks, herons .. and you will reach Brouage fortified city 20km. Rochefort and the royal rope 30km Palmyre Zoo 25km, the largest aquarium in the 60km Rochelle.

Great family house

Hosts were warm and welcoming and very accommodating. Lovely house and lovely location. Spacious accommodation for a larger family. Secure garden and drive.

Magnifique région, emplacement idéal pour visiter l'île d'oléron et les environs. Grande maison, lumineuse avec grand jardin, idéal pour les enfants. Je recommande aussi la boulangerie pâtisserie le fournil d'étienne. Le seul bémol de la région: les moustiques !

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette grande maison, bien équipée et agréable. Grâce aux 4 chambres, au très grand jardin, à la cours spacieuse et aux 2 terrasses, chacun a pu trouver sa place, y compris les enfants ! Bien située, proche de l’île d’Oléron accessible en quelques minutes et à proximité immédiate de Marennes, elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Si la voiture est indispensable, l’emplacement de la maison permet de se rendre rapidement n’importe où. L’hôte a été très accueillante et sympathique, nous avons reçu de bons conseils à notre arrivée. Merci pour ces vacances !

Séjour à Bourcefranc

La location est irréprochable. Par contre, nous tenons à vous signaler que le descriptif de l'annonce de votre site comporte de fausses informations qui induisent en erreur lors du choix de lieu de vacances. A savoir, la plage à 1,5 kms est à peine praticable et le bassin de Marennes est à 3,2 km. Quant à la boulangerie, elle ne se trouve pas à 60 m mais plutôt à 700 mètres ! Le descriptif géographique n'est pas exact, : Bourcefranc est au sud de la Rochelle et au nord de Royan !!

Magnifique

Magnifique maison tres bien située, proche de tout à pieds ou à vélos, non loin de royan et la rochelle en voiture. A recommander sans hesitation pour des grandes familles ayant besoin d espaces , de verdure, de calme, piscine et plages. Parfait. Nous reviendrons pour un plus long séjour en famille. Merci

Agreable sejour en famille

Maison spacieuse et tres agreable pour y passer nos vacances de la Toussaint. Situation ideale pour se balader. Maison propre - dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de linge de maison (draps et serviettes de bain). A noter aussi qu'il n'y a pas de sel,poivre ,sucre et autres huiles, vinaigre.. cela pourrait etre utile d'en laisser un minimum dans la cuisine pour faciliter l'arrivee des locataires.

Lacking in comfortable seating, TV basic, no Wi-Fi. Multitude of kitchen utensils needed cleaning.

Had a good time, once settled & cleaning done,( kitchen, fridge & one & only tea towel left dirty) showers need good clean. Overall once cleaned it was spacious & useful. Garden brilliant for dogs. Needs some TLC & updating Dispose of all broken & chipped glasses & crockery. & unnecessary cutlery.

Un excellent séjour

Belle maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et avec un très beau jardin. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L’emplacement est idéal: plage à moins d’un kilomètre, à moins de 10 minutes de l’Ile D’Oléron, tous commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons !

Grande maison bien placée pour des personnes pas exigeantes

La maison est très spacieuse et confortable, le terrain est grand. Elle est au calme, plein de place de parking. Par contre à l'intérieur il y a plein de choses à améliorer : les joints des salles de bains noirs, les WC aussi, un volet cassé, les portes qui ne se ferment pas bien, le matériel abimé ou cassé (et quand même laissé sur place). Nous sommes arrivés dans la maison où le ménage, selon nos goûts, n'a pas été fait correctement. La propriétaire, après m'avoir crié dessus par téléphone, a accepté d'enlever les frais de ménage à la fin de notre séjour. Alors vérifiez bien tout à votre arrivé et demandez de vous montrer comment ouvrir et fermer toutes les portes... avec un peu de chances elles ne seront pas cassées pendant votre séjour. Les escaliers sont extrêmement brouillants. N'oubliez pas tout le matériel pour le barbecue, vos propres torchons, éponges, produit vaisselle, produit pour le linge etc. Il manquait également les produits pour nettoyer correctement les WC. Attention à bien fermer les volets de la baie vitrée en partant, comme elle ne se verrouille pas correctement.

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Situé quasiment au niveau du pont vers Oleron c’était parfait pour découvrir l’Ile. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Joli coin à découvrir.

Logement très spacieux et propre avec 2 belles terrasses (nous étions 8 personnes et 1 grand chien) à proximité de l île d Oleron et de bons nombres de visites. Proche de la place de Marenne.

Très belle propriété lumineuse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette grande maison. Le jardin clôturé est super avec les enfants ainsi que les deux terrasses (une à l'avant couverte et l'autre à l'arrière). L'intérieur de la maison est très lumineuse et espacée. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire à proximité. A recommander
