Located on the 5th floor of a residence (with elevator), it features a covered pay parking, direct access to the slopes, heating. It has all the necessary comfort:

- 1 kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, raclette, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

- 1 pull-out bed and 2 bunk beds in the mountain corner, 1 sofa bed in the living room
