"This is a newly renovated older style motel. The have a few bugs to work out but the place was spotless. We were driving through and just neede a bed for thr night. Price was right!"

"The hotel is newly decorated and clean. It appears to service a local commercial zone so has limited amenities nearby, it's an overnight stay type of place. In the recent refurbishment, the plumbing has issues. The toilet permanently flushes so is switched off at the supply and the shower cannot be medium heat (only hot or cold) because the controller has been screwed to the wall interfering with other pipework. On leaving I showe pictures to the receptionist who apologised and shrugged her...

"Seemed quite a few units to stay in on the site. We were in (we think) the main garden unit. Condition was ok, looked like they were renovating the unit up. Not many lights working in the kitchen living area so was a little dark You can't really self cater as there is no crockery or pots pans cutlery etc. everything is provided by the host - unless they are slowly getting round to sorting this out. In the middle of nowhere so nice and quiet The outside space is lovely Quite a big area to chill...

"It was absolutely an amazing experience. The beautiful country house surrounded by nature. Austin (the dog), chickens and the cats were very friendly and very smart :) The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We had a perfect stay. "There’s no restaurant at the hotel but there are plenty within fifteen minute drive including a Michelin/starred Japanese restaurant you’ll need to book well in advance Otherwise Norah’s gardens are idyllic with egg-laying chickens wandering around occasionally chased by a dog or a granddaughter and fruit from the orchard that grandmother uses to make jam that is served at breakfast…like a location for a French movie"

"This was a business trip. We stay here each time we need to visit this area and are very happy with the overall hotel. Personnel friendly and helpful, convenient location for us and easy parking."

"The facility looked old and run down. The other costomers walk right by your window to get to their room or to have a cigarette etc.. It felt like a motel where hookers go woth their clients. At the price I paid, I'd expect a more modern facility or at least breakfast to be included for 2. The location wasn't all that good either. All in all; you can sleep ok and you have a shower etc., but it's not a 'nice' hotel to stay in. "

"Very quiet environment, b&b with seperate entrance for guests and 2 double bedrooms with each a private bathroom tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, spaciuous shower. On a lower level towards the garden and private parking you find a little kitchen where breakfast will be served. Very friendly & helpful owner, spotless clean, great comfort. Many restaurants within 10 min drive in St.Avold. Highly recommended."
