"Check in was nice. We were able to check in easily. The room was not properly cleaned. The sheets were stained. The carpet was dirty with stains. The bathroom ceiling above the shower was crumbling"

"Perfectly suited our needs for the price. Just needed to sleep and shower, grab a bite at a nearby restaurant. We could tell their bathroom needed updating but it was clean so it didn't bother us one bit."
