“In several encounters, the staff were proactive and ultra-helpful. Kassia even read my requirement for stair-free access and rebooked my room accordingly. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the second floor. The room was freshly renovated, with custom cabinetry and bathroom touches. The outlets above the hanging night stands were especially nice. However, the fridge was loose and a possible fall risk. The beds were too soft for my taste. The cleaner missed a little here and there -- some……

“We were visiting family in SRF and picked this property because of its location. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. Very clean and well appointed. The shower was very nice complete with a variety of body wash, etc. Very large and comfortable couch. We used the king sized bed which was also very comfortable. All in all a great place to stay and with 4 bedrooms we would come with more family. Thank you to our host. ”
