“I have just returned from a week's stay in Lara's House and it was a great base for a week of walking by the lake and in the hills.Communication with the host before, during and after my stay was excellent and provided clear instructions for arrival and many suggestions for things to do in the area.The apartment had all the equipment needed for a week of self-catering and the views from the balcony, facing the lake and mountains, made it an incredible place to relax after my days……

“Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Zedernhaus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und war super sauber. Den Außenbereich hatten wir ganz für uns alleine und haben den Ausblick sehr genossen. Veronica und ihre Eltern waren tolle, freundliche Gastgeber. Sie waren auch sofort zur Stelle als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten und sind sogar mit uns zur Werkstatt gefahren. Vielen Dank für alles und besonders noch einmal für das selbstgemachte Tiramisu!”

“Check-in was smooth, but we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay.The AC unit was not functional—it turned on, but no cold air or airflow came out. Despite Diego visit while we were away, the issue remained unresolved, and no follow-up occurred after we requested further help.The shutter on the kitchen window, which is also the main window was broken. As a result, the space had no natural light or ventilation, which we were not informed of beforehand. The bathroom drain……

“La casa rispecchia quanto riportato nell'annuncio. È molto comoda per chi vuole un accesso diretto agli impianti di risalita. Abbiamo soggiorno in 4 con un cane e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Comunicazioni con gli host molto facili e reattivi. ”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Absolut traumhaft ist die riesige Panoramaterrasse mit herrlichem Blick suf das Tal von Viadanica - das allein schon ist Erholung pur. Wer es grün, ruhig und naturnah mag, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr nett auch der Kontakt zu Bruno, dem Vermieter und Hausherrn, absolut unkompliziert und entgegenkommend, kommunikativ und freundlich. Ich habe mich hier rundum wohl……

“Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Sehr gute Betten. Unterm Dach wird es natürlich schnell warm bei entsprechendem Wetter. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Der See liegt ca. 400m unter einem. Die Wohnung liegt in Fonteno, das zwar zur Gemeinde Riva di Solto gehört, aber davon 8 km mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Unkomplizierter Vermieter aber Kommunikation auf Englisch etwas schwierig.”
