OUR BLAZING SADDLES CONDO:

Welcome to Breckenridge and our Blazing Saddles condo! Our one bedroom condo is located right downtown, with excellent access to both Main Street and skiing. We're ski-in off the 4 o'clock ski run and just 1/2 block to Main Street. Just cross the bridge and you are there! You cannot get any closer.

RECENT REMODEL: Our entire condo was completely remodeled in the past year, with LED lighting, new floors, new kitchen and appliances, new bathroom and furniture. We added a fireplace for ambiance, large screen smart TV and modern mountain decor. We invite you to come check it out and would love to host you as our guests in Breckenridge.

As you walk in to our condo, you will enter the great room for the condo with combination living room/dining room. Our condo is very large for a one bedroom, over 800 sq feet, so you will have plenty of room for your stay. Living area has leather furniture & convertible sofa bed and fantastic view out to the Blue River, Main Street and Baldy Mountain.

Our condo is managed totally by the owner and used as a weekend get-away. It is well furnished and very "homey." Lots of extras, including satellite TV, wireless internet and unique decor by local Colorado artists.

The dining area will accommodate 6 and the condo features a full kitchen with everything you will need for your stay - refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher.

The bedroom is very roomy. There are two queen size beds in the bedroom, modern mountain decor, and views once again out towards Main Street. Our condo also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Bathroom has been updated with tile and bronze fixtures. All towels and bedroom linens are included for your stay.

We simply have the best location in town. We are ski-in off the 4 oclock ski run, just ski all the way to the bottom of the run and you are home. Shuttle stops are also located in front of the building, accessing Peak 9, Snowflake, the Gondola and Peak 8.

WE WELCOME OUR GUESTS - PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE: We have actively implemented rigorous CLEANING standards in compliance with CDC standards to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. We are restricting early check-ins and late check-outs so that our housekeepers have more time to clean and disinfect. We also provide REMOTE, KEYLESS CHECK-IN, allowing our guests to go directly to the condo to check-in. Private entrance and key-code for entry. Remote check-in via phone or text with host.

Wonderful Weekend
Not only was the location perfect, the host went over and beyond in being helpful. She gave recommendations for ski school, where to rent equipment, which lift to take, you name it, she was happy and willing to answer my numerous questions since it had been 20 years since I had skied and it was the first time for my high school son and college student son to ski. Location was perfect as we were able to walk to several of the restaurants she recommended and at the end of the day skiing, we were able to ski straight to the shuttle stop and crossed the street to enter our condo. The beds were super comfortable, the humidifier in the bedroom very helpful and all the nice tea/coffee are was a nice treat! We always appreciate when the home has nice supplies like kleenex and we did not need to go to the store for any basic supplies. The condo even had a nice closet set up to hang skiis, etc. We would stay here again for sure next time we come to Breck! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

The condo is centrally located and you can walk to anywhere that you need to go. We walked downtown for meals and walked to the busses for the ski lifts. The condo is very nice and provides a great resting place for a great ski vacation. We will return!

Many vrbo listings will have great pictures but then you get there to find unmaintained furniture, flooring and lots of dust. This is a well-thought out property with a huge bedroom, smart plugs everywhere, easy storage so you don’t have your stuff hanging out. The property manager had great communication, and answered questions quickly. You can ski all the way to across the street from going down 4 o’clock off Peak 8. The free ride bus picks up across the street and can take you to snowflake lift or Beaver Run on Peak 9. This is one simple block to downtown Breck, so the location was perfect for our family ski trip- Thank you!

Wonderful Winter/Ski Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could have spent more time! We came in early December for a few days of skiing in Breckenridge. This is a true ski in/ski out location with the end of the run ending right across the street (and two bus/shuttle stops on each side of the road, too). Sadly there was not enough snow for us to utilize the ski down, but the shuttle system was so easy to hop on and off wherever our last trail took us! Great location from the gondola, and right out the door is the downtown shops and Main Street. We truly could walk everywhere we needed to. The unit itself was very clean, well kept and maintained. Great clean sheets and bedding. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, etc. A lovely living room area with fireplace and TV. The Christmas lights were shining through the window into the living room for perfect Christmastime vibes! A quiet setting as well. We would highly recommend staying here, and would love to return back. Very easy to communicate with the owners, and great recommendations from them as well!

Awesome place. Once you park in a space at the property which is included, you can walk to absolutely everything. Perfect central location for all activities. Great to not need to drive anywhere. Unit completely updated and modern with everything you might need thought of and there. Down to USB plugs in the outlets.

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The condo was amazing and in the perfect location. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Main St. Is basically the backyard to this property. Will definitely try to book again next time we come to the area.

Excellent property and location for a visit to Breck! Unlike other properties that say they have 2 beds, this one has two actual queen beds not a bed and a pull out sofa bed. The property manager was very personable and kept in contact to ensure our stay was 5 stars. The interior of the condo was beautiful and practical. Our stay was so comfortable that it felt more like being home than staying in a vacation rental. I look forward to our next visit!

Good location, easy access to town. No elevator, stairs only. No AC, it was warm while I was there. Ceiling fans with open windows helped. It was unusually warm for this time of year. Everything else was nice. Good views of town out the windows.

Quick birthday weekend getaway!
The place was perfect for me and 3 friends to hang out in the mountains for a few days! It was incredibly close walking distance to Main st with all the food, restaurants, and stores! Parking was available and super convenient had a great time at Patty’s place!

Great condo with great location!
My daughter and I stayed here in June 2023 to celebrate her high school graduation. The location of this condo is fabulous. We parked the car in the lot and walked the rest of the weekend! Having the 2 queen beds in the bedroom was nice for each of us to have our own bed. We loved looking out at the river from the windows and walking to everything. Check in and check out were extremely easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was fantastic! We could walk to the gondolas in the morning and ski down 4 o'clock run to the condo's front door. Close walk to Main Street after skiing. The property had everything we needed and was a great place to relax. The humidifiers were clutch for our FL family.

We had everything we needed including easy access to the shuttle that took us to the slopes, and we loved skiing right back to the condo on the 4 O'Clock run. Once we parked the car (free parking), we didn't need it until we left. Everything including the market was within walking distance. The kitchen had all we needed. The beverage station has a coffee maker and kurig, and we didn't need to buy extra coffee or tea. After a day on the slopes, we crashed on the sofas in front of the gas fireplace before heading into town on foot for dinner. Our stay was definitely a five star stay.
