This stylish mountainside chalet, presented by River Mountain Lodge, is right between the 8-Passenger BreckConnect Gondola and the Snowflake lift, making it the perfect staging point to enjoy your next winter vacation at beautiful Breckenridge!

Enjoy a hot steam in the shared sauna then put on your ski gear and head up the mountain to shred the fantastic frosty ski runs. Beginners can try out their ski legs with runs like Snowflake and Peerless, while the more advanced members of the group can enjoy skiing and snowboarding Cashier and Bonanza. Warm yourself by the suite's gas fireplace while watching a favorite DVD movie on the large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen will make short work of tonight's homemade meal and you'll even have a gas grill out on the private balcony. The dining table will seat up to four guests and the kids will love having their snacks on the barstools at the breakfast bar.

Nearby, when you need a break from the mountain, grab a bite to eat at places like Empire Burger for classic burgers and shakes or Amazing Grace for breakfasts and sandwiches. Stop into places like Street Station, Main Street Mall, and Towne Square Mall for some upscale shops and bookstores. While winter visitors can shred the spectacular Breckenridge ski runs, summer travelers enjoy the gorgeous hikes along such trails as Blair Witch Trail, Spruce Creek Trail, and Lily Pad Lake Trail.

Every thing was great local people were great a few issues were addressed immediately the only complaint was after arriving at the property at 10 pm I had to walk over 1 mile to get the key if the keys could have been left at front desk then everything would have been fantastic

Great location and very comfortable.
Recently renovated (brand new carpet), very clean, and super quiet. The kitchen could use a little restocking (no spatula, barely any eating utensils, and the toaster didn't work unless you held the handle down), but the rest was fabulous. There is no AC, and the room did get a little warm at night (we stayed in May). There were a couple of box fans in the closet, but one of them didn't work. The one that did work sounded like a jet engine was running in the room so we had to decide between dealing with the noise or the heat. The building and underground parking felt very safe (keycard entry) and easy to get in/out of. A lot of the gym equipment was out of order which was disappointing. Also, only half of the hot tubs were working which was also a minus for us. It's the perfect location and only one block away from lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to walk almost anywhere.

Clean unit convenient to town and at the end of the 4 o’clock run. Unit could use a few extra items in it- only one good coffee mug and the silverware is very minimal.

Property has been nicely updated. The work desk and monitor a big plus. All the kitchen utensils, dishes, pots/pans need to be replaced for service for 8. Even with just 3 of us there aren't enough and we had continually wash dishes. Upstairs bedroom needs brighter and more lighting. Unable to open skylight. The upstairs sink plug is broken and the drain works very slow--suggest a good drain clean. The upstairs shower is an accident waiting to happen. The remodel has created an irregular height from shower to floor. We both almost fell out of shower. I even reached for shower door and someone could grab that hard and potentially dislodge the door. I'm suspecting this step out of shower in non-conforming. Owner should remove all the 5-gallon paint cans and other supplies to allow for more rental use. Instructions for TV use would be helpful. We used our subscription services but found a cable box a few days into rental in storage box. Not complaining but as a owner who rents I would appreciate this feedback and hope it is helpful.

The shower in this apartment was either hot or cold with little control in between, far too easy to get scalded. On a more simple basis, only 1 wine glass provided, a bizarre mix of mugs/cups. Communication with the management company when we had an issue with drains was very poor. Almost as if the staff did not communicate with one another. The apartment overall could be v. good

The location was perfect. We were able to catch the bus up to the slopes right from the lobby and then we could take 4 o’clock run right to the front of our condo. The only downside would be the parking. There’s not enough that was challenging at times, but we walk most everywhere.

He Heart of Downtown… But Nice and Quiet
This condo was within walking distance / free public transportation distance to all things Breckenridge. We were there in January to see the snow sculpting championship and it was less than a block away! After checkout time, we were able to park our luggage in a secure area with the concierge. This gave us almost a whole extra day to enjoy the slopes. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice property, outstanding location
Everything was in great shape. Seemingly brand new carpet. Very clean. Restaurants coffee shops, shopping all within 2 to 4 minutes walking. Nice underground parking check in and check out was very simple.

Great location
Perfect location, walkable to almost all. Comfortable, nice fire place. Old coffee grounds left in pot, kitchen items need to be updated-only one wine glass, only two teaspoons. Upstairs shower- keep vent on during shower… or it sets off ‘fire alarm’ low beep.
