Welcome to our fully renovated cape-style home, offering large bedrooms and 2 full baths with a designer mid-century modern look and comfortable furniture for a relaxing stay. Although we are situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, we are centrally located and close to I-84 making getting around easy. You`ll be just minutes away from downtown Southington and Plantsville, both offering several cafes, restaurants, and bars, making it an ideal location for a relaxing stay or heading out to explore.

The surrounding area has plenty to offer, including Mount Southington Ski Area, Southington Country Club Golf Course, and Kinsmen Brewing Company, all within a 10-minute drive. There are plenty more activities to enjoy, ensuring everyone will find something they love.

Stay in and have an equally exciting night in a cozy living room with a 55 inch Smart TV, perfect for a movie night. Also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for all your meal-preparing needs. It`s an ideal space to gather with family or friends.

You have full access to the entire home and yard. Please be mindful that the grass is still growing.

I may pop by to say hi but mostly will be available from a distance! I`m only 15 minutes away if you need me!

You will be staying in a nice & quiet neighborhood far enough away from the main roads to not hear any noise but close enough to get some apple fritters, dinner & drinks within 3 minutes drive

Lovely Cape Cod Style Home in Southington

Property was the perfect stay for our family. Home is updated, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a weekend or even longer trip to Southington. Location is super convenient to everything downtown and surrounding villages as well as Interstate 84 if you are traveling further about. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Highly recommend this property for a family trip to take in the sights and charm of Southington and the surrounding area. Perfect experience for us all around.

Beds/Thermostat

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed in the room to the left going upstairs was broke and very loud when moving. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be working correctly the upstairs bedrooms were warm and uncomfortable while the master bedroom was freezing. And the thermostat didn’t seem to working correctly. It would show inside temp at 68 yet it was set to 72 while on auto it was still running. I understand this should accommodate 6 adults might want to invest in more towels. Hot water ran out very quickly after 2 showers.

Cute quaint clean house perfect for our stay

Perfect for our family stay this past weekend in ct. Close to shopping and restaurants. The house had everything we would of needed to whip together a meal. Beds were comfy and clean.
