“The house is beautiful and cozy with lots of details inside. You can see what kind of person who owns the house. The lake view is stunning. It so nice to wake up in the morning seeing the lake view from your room window. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, makes it feel like you're home. Feels comfortable and cozy. The guidelines book in the dining room has all the instructions you needed. Special mention to Sherry the local care taker who came right away……

“WARNING: This property is dangerously maintained, infested, and the listing is highly inaccurate. The host management (TYCA) was defensive and unhelpful when issues were raised.We found live cockroaches. A major issue confirmed by previous reviews noting the host knew about the problem and had placed poison out. This is a severe health and hygiene failure.The house has multiple maintenance failures:• Interior stairs are dangerously steep with a loose tread.• A broken floorboard in the kitchen……

“Enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and access. Great selection of keurig coffees available. Didn't hear any of the other guests but is close to a 2 lane road, so they do provide white noise machine if you need it. We were fine without using it. No dishwasher, but we didn't have many dishes so that wasn't an issue.”

“The house was exactly like described in the ad, it was clean, bed was comfortable, great location, nicely furnished even the kitchen accessories, although we did not use much because our stay was short and was not at the house all that much. Only concern i had was with host but it really was not a big deal, i asked a couple questions about a few items but never got an answer. But overall would rent again, very satisfied and well priced. ”

“I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. ”
