"This cabin is very homey and comfortable. We had ample space for our 2 families. Convenient location for traveling between Clear Lake and Britton. Shoreline is not swimmable this time of year due to weeds. Kids tried to fish off the dock but only caught weeds but still had fun. Plenty of parking space for 3 pickups and a boat trailer. Kitchen well equipped for everything you would need for cooking. Was nice to have a grill for burgers and brauts. Dawn was wonderful as far as communication and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Would definitely rent this cabin again. "

"This was an incredible place for our family gathering. We have stayed at several vacation rentals and this one far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The home was wonderfully decorated and all furnishings were very comfortable. We enjoyed being in the country which gave the kids lots of room to run and play. "This was my first time using Vrbo and it was fairly easy to navigate through the process (without too much help from my daughter). Roy Lake Landing has a good floor plan for privacy of bedrooms. The beds very comfortable. We made good use of the completely fitted out kitchen. Good view of the good lake from either upper or lower deck. We should have stayed two more days! Jim"
