“Adorable home, private secluded location, very responsive hosts. We loved our one night stay and hope to return for a long weekend soon! We had everything we needed to make a nice dinner and coffee in the morning. The walking path is accessible from the yard and brings you by a beautiful little river, through woods, and by interesting fields. The house is also an easy drive to downtown Warrenton for shopping and restaurants.”

“If you're looking for a nice, clean place to rest your head with the most comfortable bed you've probably ever slept on then this is your place. Cute decor. I did feel like there was no where for me to set my stuff out. All the surface space had decorations. Not a bad thing it just didn't seem very practical for the way I usually do things but I managed just fine. Nice neighborhood clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Great little place to reserve for the night. ”

“The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused……

“I HIGHLY recommend this place. It is very clean, quiet and private. It is pet friendly too. Whether it’s your overnight stay or longer, it is wonderful. The bed is very comfortable too. Nice size washer dryer room off the kitchen. When you first walk in you can smell the fresh clean aroma; the detail of cleanliness is great. The host is very kind and responsive. I have stayed here many times and recently I showed up a day early due to my error. The host came out to speak with us and accommodated……

“The listing indicated pets were welcome and we were able to bring our 13 year old dog, who loves traveling with my husband and I. There was some initial confusion after we booked the Schoolhouse, saying pets are prohibited. Through contact with the host, it was cleared up pretty quickly. All in all, the place was comfortable and we had what we needed to cook a couple of meals. I loved the area and enjoyed walking our dog on the state-maintained back roads. We would have liked to take advantage……
