Lake View Villas at Buchanan Dam. A Farmhouse Villa on the Water!

This charming 1800 sq feet Farmhouse Villa has 4 bedroom, 3 full bath a total of 7 beds - sleeps 14 with a screened in patio big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy overlooking Lake Buchanan with a great view of the Dam. Lake Buchanan is not a constant level lake. Please check LCRA lake levels before booking. We are waterfront and the views are amazing even when the water is low. Guest can access the lake from the property, it maybe a little walk depending on water levels. For the boaters, Llano County Park is less than a mile from the Villas and offers free place to launch your watercraft. You cannot launch from the property. Once launched, enjoy the short ride around the bend from the Park to the Villa, where you can anchor close to the property. Pack your life jacket and a fishing pole!

We had 14 family members 1 year-82 years for our family lake reunion trip. Everything at the porch house was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather around and visit, play games and enjoy each other! Great location and great facility! They have everything you need to cook and have fun! Eight 1960s high school friends reunion. Enjoyed our time in this peaceful, charming farmhouse on the lake. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Loved visiting on the porch, sitting in swing and walking the grounds. The house was comfortable, super clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect 90th Birthday Gathering
We gathered at the Farmhouse for our dad's 90th birthday party, staying a few days before other family joined us for the weekend. For the party, the Farmhouse easily accommodated the 46 people who celebrated with us for the day. And despite the lower water levels at the lake, everyone had a fantastic time walking down to the water, playing games, and a evening fire in the large fire in the pit. The Farmhouse was well stocked with a great kitchen, good towels, and laundry, and comfy beds. We had some fabulous sunrises from the screen porch! Booking was easy and Rena promptly responded regarding any questions. I would definitely stay again!

Clean house but beware no internet !
It was hard to keep the kids busy without internet. Kids wanted to leave the next day. The house was clean well kept and manager was available on text and call.

Wonderful Property
I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was absolutely perfect for our family and was more stocked with essentials than any VRBO property I've stayed in. The house was spacious, giving all of us enough space to be on our own or all together in the numerous gathering places. Rena was so easy to deal with and responded to any question I had immediately. I will definitely be staying here again!
