"Do NOT book with this person. They literally cancelled our reservation the day it was supposed to start. I sent a message to the owner asking what the code was to get in the door and without saying a word to me they cancelled the reservation. We were staying there for 2 nights and we were forced to find other accommodations last minute which ended up being a huge pain because you can’t book same day through VRBO. So instead of a 2 bedroom house we had to all 4 sleep in one hotel room. DO NOT...

"Place was very nice but I was there on an off event day. Seemed very quiet. Under beds were in need of cleaning / lg ant in my bed. Pool was in need of cleaning Bugs in kitchen window area So for the $ amount- would have wished better. Larger map of place would be nice- hard to find pool Beds were great/ and walk-in shower spacious! Great size living room and relaxing Overall, very comfy and beautiful "

"Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay."

"Secluded, gated property with many opportunities to enjoy the nature of Florida, lakes, birds, farm animals, Spanish moss, live oaks and Magnolia Trees! Beautiful lake view from kitchen, porch, and deck. Biking trails nearby, close towns with wonderful restaurants and lake activities!!! Coordinator responded to every question we had, made suggestions for places to visit and took care of our every need!!! Very relaxing vacation!"

"Had a great stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a place that we could bring a boat and enjoy nature while also being close enough to big cities if we wanted. This location was pretty much directly between Tampa and Orlando and gave us the flexibility we were looking for. We saw tons of wildlife on the lakes and rivers and enjoyed ourselves greatly!!"

"View is beautiful. House and property are just as pictured. Host was very accommodating and friendly. There are steps to several levels. Just be aware if you have elderly visitors. Positive experience but beds are firm. No issues if you like firm mattresses. We needed to extend our stay and host was very helpful and worked with us to make that happen."

"The cottage was just right for our group. It was clean and inviting. We were able to use the small kitchen with ease and there were plenty of comfortable places to sit back and relax. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer to use. The back porch was private and pleasant. When we had some minor issues the owner responded immediately. I would highly recommend this rental!"

"House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

"We had a wonderful time, the home beautiful, clean & very well equipped with everything you would need or want, right down to shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both bathrooms. We had a great time exploring all different areas on the golf cart which I’m sure was brand new. Lee & Mathis were super at getting back to us right away with any questions we had.
