"This property was perfect for our group!!! It was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed coffee by the river each morning! Even saw an alligator swim by on one occasion. It rained pretty hard one night and we were concerned our car would get stuck at first, but it ended up being no problem. I would highly recommend this property as a wonderful getaway with plenty of privacy, but close enough for anything you need."

"Overall the property was nice along with the cabin . The only issues we had were there were dead roaches when we walked in and we had to clean the porch and patio furniture. We realize it's in the woods but would have expected those areas to have cleaned before we arrived"

"House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...
