Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermittlung durch AVC. Die Wohnung ist aus meiner Sicht optimal und gemütlich mit einer tollen Lsge zwischen Stadt und Meer mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Bäcker und Lebensmittelhandel.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist für gehbehinderte Menschen (Rollator) aufgrund des Aufzuges sehr gut. Die nahe Anbindung zum Edeka-Markt als auch zur "Bimmelbahn" ist für gehbehinderte Menschen super. Wir waren mit Allem bestens zufrieden und können das Team als auch die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
