Excellent house in Condominio Geribá Wi-fi, swimming pool, sauna and barbecue.

70m2 duplex house for up to 6 people (including children) in the Residential Condominium Bouganville situated in the left corner of Geribá / Buzios 500 meters from Geribá beach (8 minutes walking), 1 km from Ferradurinha beach (16 minutes walking) and 3km from Rua das Pedras (7 minutes by car). The condominium is cozy, familiar and has typical Buzian architecture, concierge, two swimming pools, a sauna and a parking space.

The house is located in front of one of the condominium swimming pool and is composed on the first floor of porch equipped with portable barbecue, living room with double sofa bed, ceiling fan and TV, bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, stove, refrigerator , blender, coffee maker and utensils in general. The second floor consists of bathroom, a bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed and a bedroom with double bed and balcony. Both rooms have TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There are pillows and single mattress available.
Children are very welcome! The house has screen protection on the second floor balcony, wooden gate in the stairs (second floor), mosquito screens and window grilles that present some risk of falling.

A casa é maravilhosa. Muito bem equipada e numa localização ótima! Dono atencioso. Chegamos com tudo limpo e perfeitamente organizado. A piscina fica na frente da varanda e pela data que pegamos (fora de temporada) estava só pra gente. Cozinha com todos os utensílios, pronta pra usar. Ainda tinha uns mimos para distração de crianças. Fiquei impressionada e maravilhada. E Búzios é um caso à parte. Lugar lindo de viver!!!!!
