(1,827 reviews) Firstly Lucia at front desk was AMAZING! She was friendly, professional and pleasant. Our initial room 2265, was big but at 5am I heard the garbage and delivery trucks and the gritting of the wheelie bins. We got moved to a room on the 3rd floor as Lucia made it an easy transition. The hotel is excellently located and the very clean. Hotel bar is great too and all staff working here are extremely pleasant. I would recommend.
