"The young man is very kind and helpful. But, the name of the hotel, History Boutique Inn, in Xian, is not a bit misleading. If you google the name of the hotel, the address could be shown as 710016 西安F16, No.17 ShimaoduWeiyang District, however, the real address is quite far away from it. Took me more than one hour to reach the exact place in freezing night. Complete address in Chinese (not only in English) needs to be written, so a Chinese driver could clearly recognize the place!!! "The staff had a fantastically great first impression. The staff was helpful in assisting me with questions and finding things I need and store to go to. They also offered to assist me in visiting tourist attractions around the city. The hotel itself was great and within walking distance to multiple restaurants with fantastic food. I plan on returning in the future."

"Canadian Tourists Review : We had an amazing stay at the W in Xi’an. The staff was wonderful and spoke English very well as we needed help to navigate our adventures! The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere. The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets! The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away! TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings! We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!"
